The Admission Document reported in this website section (the “Form”) is an AIM Italia – Alternative Capital Market – Admission Document, a multilateral trading facility organized and managed by the Italian Stock Exchange, the shares (the “Shares”) of Clabo S.p.A. (the “Company”) and has been prepared under Regulation of AIM Italian issuers (“Issuers’ Regulations Aim”). The Admission Document and the described operation in the same do not constitute a public offer of securities or an admission of financial instruments on a regulated market as defined by the “Testo Unico della Finanza”, by Consob Regulation no. 11971 of 14th May 1999, as subsequently amended and supplemented, and by the the equivalent provisions of applicable laws abroad. The informations provided in this website section are widespread in application of Articles 17 and 26 of the AIM Rules for Issuers.
